Manage Parameters By Power Query
Step 1: Create a List Query to Manage Parameters
We have created the list query using ‘Add as New Query’ option in Power Query as shown below. To manage the parameters, you have to first create a list query as we have created above. Let’s consider the same example here also.

Step 2: Select Manage Parameters option
To select Manage Parameters option in Power Query, go to-
Home > Manage Parameters > Manage Parameters option

Step 3: Close & Apply
This is how you can create new parameters using Manage Parameters feature. Power Query creates a new query where you can view the current value that you had specified. To change the current value, just click on the Manage Parameter option and go back to the window to change the value. After you finish with all these transformations, click on Close & Apply button to save the changes.
