Select a cell for which every row or column preceding that cell will freeze.
Go to View Tab
Then click on the options you want to select.
Finally, you will notice a dark line indicating that your selected rows or columns or both are freezed.

“Freeze Top Row,” which will freeze the top row that’s visible
